2 international courses at the French National Institute of Public Service (INSP)

The INSP, created in 2022, is the successor to the National School of Administration – École nationale d'administration (ENA). The INSP is the public benchmark dedicated to the recruitment, initial training, and continuing training of French top executives and managers.

The Long International Training Course is designed for public managers at the start of their careers
The International Advanced Training Course is aimed at experienced senior managers

1 international course at the French Regional Institutes of Administration (IRA)

Created in 1971, the IRA train civil servants, the management category that forms the backbone of the French administration.

The IRA International Course is dedicated to promising middle managers

A shared recruitment process

The selection procedure, managed by the INSP, is carried out through French embassies around the world. There are several stages to the process: candidates register online, are pre-selected on the basis of their applications, sit a written test and an oral test, and receive confirmation that they have been admitted.

Further information on admission procedures and tests is available on the web pages devoted to each course.
